In 2008 we bought 6 acres of undeveloped property on the East Canada Creek. It is the farthest western edge of Fulton county, two miles outside of Dolgeville, NY, and one mile outside of the Adirondack state park.
At the end of 2008 we built a 6'x10' shed to store our gear in.
In 2009 we built a tree house
In 2010 we started on an outdoor kitchen, and did clearing for a cabin.
Lord willing, in 2011 we will build a cabin in the Woods.
This blog is an attempt to remember the process. And as I bought piles of tongue and groove last week, I figured I better start this if it is going to happen.
